About

CornWineOil Farms is more than an urban farm—it is the expression of a calling rooted in land, legacy, and restoration.Based in Detroit, we are urban farmers who grow in the city while intentionally maintaining a country feel—honoring the rhythms, care, and connection that define traditional farming. Our work bridges urban agriculture with generational practices, creating spaces that feel both grounded and restorative. All of our produce is lovingly sown and organically grown—free from pesticides and GMOs. We are committed to cultivating clean, nutrient-dense food through regenerative practices that prioritize soil health, environmental stewardship, and community well-being.

Our Foundation

Our foundation is both practical and generational.
Candi is a certified Master Gardener through Michigan State University, and Mark carries a farming lineage that traces back to the early 1800s. Together, we bring knowledge, history, and purpose into every harvest.
We are guided by the promise in Joel 2—that there will be corn, wine, and oil—representing provision, renewal, and joy. This promise shapes our work: to cultivate the land faithfully, nourish our community, and steward what has been entrusted to us for generations to come.
